SELF-SUGGESTION AUDIO. NOTHING HIDDEN.

your focus.

And your dreams come true.

An estimated ten thousand advertisements reach the average person in the United States every day. Ten thousand messages aimed at your subconscious, none of them yours. If something is going in at that volume, it ought to be your message.

THE CASE

Ten thousand
messages a day.
None of them yours.

That figure is a widely repeated estimate rather than a measurement, and the exact number is not the point. The point is the direction: it all runs inward, and none of it was written by you.

01

You did not choose them

Every one of those messages was written by someone who wants something from you, and not one of them was written by you.

02

You cannot check the free ones

A track mixed below conscious hearing is, by definition, a track you cannot audit by listening. Downloading one means trusting a stranger with the content of your own head.

So we print the script

Every recording here publishes its words, its layers and its levels. Read the whole thing before you press play. That is not a feature — it is the argument.

Seven programmes covering
what people actually search for.

All seven programmes

The standard catalogue is recorded with a synthesised house voice, and says so out loud in the first line of every file. The premium tier is where you record in your own.

WHAT IS ACTUALLY IN THE FILE

Five layers.
All five published.

Producing one of these properly is not a matter of burying a sentence under a song. It is a carried intro, a tonal bed built from a single root, two passes of the same script at different levels and delays, and an echo tail on the voice alone. Craft is part of the value, so the craft is written down.

  1. 01 / Carried intro

Spoken plainly at full level, peaking at −3 dBFS. It names the programme and says out loud that the eight lines coming are the eight lines printed on this page.

  2. 02 / Tonal bed

A 110 Hz root with its fifth, octave and twelfth, plus a distant pulse on the half-root. Synthesised from scratch, ceiling −14 dBFS. No sample, no library, no licence.

  3. 03 / Affirmation pass A

The script, centred, peaking at −14 dBFS — the same ceiling as the bed. Speech is sparse and a sustained bed is not, so the voice sits underneath without vanishing.

  4. 04 / Affirmation pass B

The same script again, 380 ms later at −20 dBFS, widened with the left channel leading. This is what gives the layer its depth.

  5. 05 / Echo tail

Two taps at 190 ms · 460 ms, alternating sides, on the voice only. The bed is left dry so the echo reads as space around the words rather than reverb on the music.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Wider than self-help.
Always has been.

A high-school wrestler picturing a state final and an executive rehearsing a pitch are running the same mechanism. Athletes have rehearsed movement in their heads for as long as anyone has been coaching, and nobody finds that strange. This is that, with the script written down and the file under your control.
