A product whose argument is “you should know what is in it” has to hold itself to the same standard everywhere else. This page is the rest of that.
Your script stays on your device
The writing tool keeps your draft in this browser’s local storage. It is not sent anywhere. Use “Clear draft” to remove it, or clear this site’s browser data. On a shared device, clear it when you finish — a script you wrote about your own life is a personal document.
Nothing is submitted
There is no account, no sign-in, no contact form, no mailing list and no payment. Exporting produces a plain-text file on your own machine. You decide who ever sees it.
What is in the recordings
Every standard programme publishes its complete script, its layer stack and its levels on its own page, and the first thing each file does is say aloud what it contains. If you ever hear a word in a SyncFocus recording that is not printed on its page, that is a defect.
How the audio is made
The beds are synthesised from a single root — no samples, no library audio, no third-party licence. The standard catalogue is spoken by a synthesised house voice, which every file identifies in its first line. No real person’s voice is cloned, imitated or implied.
No medical claims
Nothing here treats, cures, diagnoses or manages any condition, and no outcome is promised. Self-suggestion is direction and rehearsal. If something is wrong with your health, this is not the thing to reach for, and no page on this site will suggest otherwise.
About the ten thousand
The figure quoted on the home page is a widely repeated estimate of daily advertising exposure, not a measurement, and it is presented as an estimate everywhere it appears. It is not attributed to a study, because we have not verified one. The argument does not depend on the exact number.
Pricing
The standard catalogue is free. Figures shown for the paid tiers are indicative planning numbers in USD, not quotes, and this site takes no payment and reserves nothing.
Hosting and playback
Pages and audio are served by the hosting provider, which may process ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details. No advertising pixels and no custom analytics are installed. Audio plays only when you press play.
Independence
SyncFocus is its own thing. It is not a division of an agency, and no page here speaks on behalf of anybody else.
